There’s a tram station just behind the building which gives you access to Broadbeach south(close to casino,shops , ect) and Helensvale (close to theme parks). Whatever your holiday plans this apartment is situated in a great, convenient and beautiful spot.

Sleeping: the two beds sleep 4. Guests 5 and 6 suit young children sharing a bed or the couch. We just also want to mention due to technical difficulties there is no air-conditioning in the master bedroom yet although there is a ceiling fan we are doing our best to find a competent installer to make future stays as comfortable as possible We have two properties on the same level directly across from each other if you were looking to do a 12 person booking please enquire to try and book both at the same time. They are lovely two bedroom apartments that feature ensuite bathrooms as well as another bathroom with bath Full kitchen and balcony Wi-Fi and smart TV Equipped with on-site pool and sauna Less than one minute to the beach

The apartment is renovated, but the building itself is getting better every year. Don’t expect perfection there will be grunts creeks and road noise due to the age of the building we do our best to maintain the property to the best standard we can. Rest assured we will be there to answer any questions or resolve issues where we can! ATTENTION - This Airbnb is equipped with a Minut crowd detection device which is monitored by Airbnb to protect our property from parties or incorrect guest bookings. This device is completely approved and backed by Airbnb, it does not do any visual or audio recording. ** Pet Policy ** We welcome well-behaved pets to our Airbnb! To protect cleanliness and furniture sustainability, follow these rules. By booking, you agree violations may lead to fees or eviction. Pet Allowance • Up to 2 small/medium dogs or cats (20kg each). • Must be house-trained, vaccinated, and approved in advance (message us). • Service animals always welcome (no fee).
