Located just outside of Main beach, This apartment is a perfect mix of convenience and coastal comfort. The Tram station is located very close to the building(3 min walk) which is only a ride away from Surfers Paradise, Beaches and major attractions. Across the road is the beautiful Broadwater parklands which offers waterfront walkways, parks, playgrounds, picnic spots and water playgrounds for families. Throughout the year Broadwater parklands host a variety of events including, markets, live music, festivals and more. This apartment also has very easy access to events like, Gold Coast 500, Gold Coast Airshow, Aquatic centre, Sea World and Blues on Broadbeach. This is a central well connected location for both exploring the Gold Coast and Relaxing.

Sleeping: king, two queens and a sofa bed sleep 8. Guests 9 and 10 suit young children sharing a bed. Enjoy full private access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. Step outside and you’re moments from the Gold Coast Light Rail, making it effortless to reach shopping centres, universities, top dining spots, and the string of beautiful beaches along the coastline. Whether you’re visiting for work or a getaway, everything is within easy reach — from coastal walks and the Broadwater to world-class theme parks and vibrant nightlife. The key for our property is located at a nearby service station that is open 24 hours. This is due to no possible locations onsite. The process is very easy please let me know if you have any questions. Our lower base rate is designed for 1 guest, keeping solo stays affordable, while additional guest pricing keeps rates fair for everyone. Please enter the correct number of guests when booking so pricing adjusts accurately. This allows us to properly prepare the apartment for your stay, including: • The correct beds made up • Adequate linen and towels • Sufficient consumables (toiletries, coffee, etc.) ** Pet Policy ** We welcome well-behaved pets to our Airbnb! Pet Allowance • Up to 2 small/medium dogs or cats (20kg each). • Must be house-trained, vaccinated, and approved in advance (message us). • Service animals always welcome (no fee). Rules • Never leave pets unattended. • Keep off all furniture (beds, sofas) • Clean up hair, waste, and messes immediately. • Control noise and behavior; report damages ASAP.
