Pet Allowance • Up to 1 small dog • Must be house-trained, vaccinated, and approved in advance (message us). • Service animals always welcome (no fee). Rules • Never leave pets unattended. • Keep off all furniture (beds, sofas) • Clean up hair, waste and mess immediately. • Control noise and behavior; report damages ASAP. Fees • $250 non-refundable pet fee • if found in violation of these terms, an additional $500 fee payable by direct transfer on the day of checkout.
