Guests are able to use the entire apartment and on site amenities such as pool and sauna - if maintenance is being performed is outside of our control

We have two properties on the same level directly across from each other if you were looking to do a 12 person booking please enquire to try and book both at the same time. The apartment is renovated, but the building itself is getting better every year. Don’t expect perfection there will be grunts creeks and road noise due to the age of the building we do our best to maintain the property to the best standard we can. Rest assured we will be there to answer any questions or resolve issues where we can! ATTENTION - This Airbnb is equipped with a Minut crowd detection device which is monitored by Airbnb to protect our property from parties or incorrect guest bookings. This device is completely approved and backed by Airbnb, it does not do any visual or audio recording. ** Pet Policy ** We welcome well-behaved pets to our Airbnb! To protect cleanliness and furniture sustainability, follow these rules. By booking, you agree violations may lead to fees or eviction. Pet Allowance • Up to 1 small/medium dogs or cats (20kg each). • Must be house-trained, vaccinated, and approved in advance (message us). • Service animals always welcome (no fee).
